1) Ensure the displays are not set to Disconnect by default in Windows Display Settings.
2) If the cables connecting the docking station to monitors are making signal type translations, please use active type adapters/cables.
3) The laptop in use with the docking station must support DP Alt Mode. If the USB-C port on the laptop does not support this feature, it will result in lack of display although USB ports may function.
