1.) Make sure that you are connecting your monitors into the docking station directly and not using any adapters. If you have to use adapters, make sure that you are connecting them correctly to the docking station and that you are using "Active" type adapters (sold separately).
2.) Make sure that you are connecting to the correct PC port on the back of the docking station. Each are labeled "PC1" and "PC2" respectively. If connected to PC2 only, you may need to short press the switch button, or power button on the top of the unit to swap over to that selection. A power light on the front of the docking station will inform you of which computer is currently in use.
3.) Open up your windows display settings (right click on an empty space on the desktop and select Display Settings) and check to see if your monitors are being detected. If not, make sure they are powered on and on the correct input. If they are showing up in the window, but are small and greyed out compared to your main laptop screen (typically 1 in the window) click on that grey display and select "extend this display" under the multiple display section of that menu.
4.) Verify that your laptop is MST compatible.
