How should I package my product for return?
- Products must be adequately packaged with padding and/or anti-static bag if available.
- Clearly mark your Service Order # on the outside of the box before shipping the product.
- For docking stations, include all cables and power supply units.
- Use a carrier that provides tracking numbers to confirm delivery.
- Package the product inside an anti-static bag, in a box, with padding.
- PADDED ENVELOPES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
- Returns that are NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY will be returned AS-IS, and the WARRANTY VOIDED.
