What to do if you encounter any problems after installing our memory, (i.e. Blue screens, beeps, no image and failure to boot)?
Updated
Shut down your system and remove all memory modules from PC.
Consult your motherboard or system manual for proper placement of RAM, diagnostic error codes and common issues.
Insert one module in DIMM Slot A1 (or the slot your manufacturer recommends) and power on your system.
If the problem does not occur, shut down the system repeat step 1 for slots (listed in order) B1, A2, B2, restarting the system each time. (Numbers and amount of slots may vary, depending on the system).
If the problem does occur, retest with a different memory module.
Repeat the above steps until you have tested each memory module at least one time in each slot.
If you experience problems with any DIMM slots, you may have a motherboard issue, please contact your manufacturer for further assistance.
If you experienced no issues, you may wish to retest your system using two modules. Begin with slots A1 and B1, or as your motherboard/system manual instructs, and repeat steps 1-6.
