1) Please make sure your USB-C port allows for DP Alt Mode or USB-C with DP.
2) Ensure the displays are not set to Disconnect by default in Windows Display Settings.
3) If the cables connecting the docking station to monitors are making signal type translations, please use active type adapters/cables.
